Do you think the current health care debate has racial undertones?
Is it really Republican vs Democrat
or
Is it White vs Minority
or
Is it The Have's vs The Have Nots
Do you think the issue really has to do with Republicans/Conservatives wanting to not expand the federal deficit?
Or
Do you think they want to further perpetuate the institutionalized racism that exists within our health care model?
I AM CURIOUS ABOUT YOUR VIEWS - Please post responses so we can all gain undertstanding.
Thank you!!

Rapper C-Murder Convicted of Murder?
Just wanted to throw this out there really quick....
Wouldn't it impede your potential to be acquitted in trial when the prosecutor addresses you as "Mr. Murder?"
To compound the audaciousness that "Mr. Murder" displayed, fans/readers take note that "Mr. Murder" KILLED a 16-year old fan of his at a night club.
------------
Just some quick food for thought

Three Strikes Law = Criminal Justice?
Three Strikes Law mandates 25 years to life in prison for offenders
who have committed 3 "serious" offenses.
What is serious? A felony....stealing $400 in golf clubs from a golf
course in El Segundo.
Sounds like we're being tough on crime huh?
In the past 15 years, (the life of California's Three Strikes Law)
California has :
- Incarcerated 42,445 inmates under this law
--> 65% of them for Non-Violent Offenses
(theft, vandalism, drug use)
---> @ a cost of $30,929 per inmate (under 50yrs old)
----> 71% of these inmates are Black and Hispanic
Would you like to explain the value in spending $8.53 Million Dollars
per year to house non-violent offenders?
5 Reasons why Three Strikes Law should be abolished:
1) Creates a violent situation for Law Enforcement who encounter "third
strikers" who don't want to "go back" to prison
2) Aforementioned Costs
3) Aforementioned disporportionality minority confinement (DMC)
4) Imposes harsh sentences on not-so-violent offenders
5) Our constitution speaks of rulings that fit the crime, not
"one-stop-shops"
Why do you think California can afford to maintain this legislation
despite budget shortcomings forcing nearly every branch of our state's
government to close its doors?

Dont Tell Anyone About My Pregnancy
Folks,
Welcome to my daily blog about anything and everything, from politics, to sports, to hated people, to ridiculous things that afford the me the inch I need to make a ridiculous, irrational mile.
It is my intention to chime in here everyday with comment on the past 24-48 hours of tomfoolery and other arbitrary things that you might have an opinion about. I look forward to utilizing this blog to provide a place for you to safely opine and do so in a way that you don't have to worry about rolling the windows up when doing so.
With that, since we are surrounded by asininical people in today's world, the following is a list of people who need to buy guns, lock and load, and think not what their country can do for them....:
1) Ron Artest
2) Terrell Owens
3) Shaquille O'Neal
4) Car Salesmen
5) Guys who drive hondas with Belizian Flags hanging from their mirrors
6) Youngstas who feel the need to show their damn underwear in public
7) Guys who feel the need to show off their sunglasses
8) All Raider Fans
9) Just an addendum - how ridiculous is the no-texting while driving law? Just because politicians can't figure out how to steal our money and not get caught doesn't meant we can't type a paragraph driving down PCH.
